HOW TO SPEAK YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY 💫

I’ll start by saying that every religion, culture, and society has ritualistic ceremonies that define a group of people and give a collective identity. Every ceremony has an intentionally eloquent or monotonous character, because both forms captivate the ego, interest the body, and make space for the soul, causing the individuals present to feel completely included, even if they aren’t.

It can be a technique of evolutionary transformation or of captivity and domination, but even if the foundation is treacherous, there is a possibility of soul liberation in the same proportion, and I will explain why a little later.

Every rhythm determines the heartbeat, which consequently regulates the frequency of your entire body, including the speed and amount of oxygenation. That’s why your breathing changes depending on the adopted frequency, and your body transforms when the frequency changes (at a genetic and cellular level).

The monotonous drum, for example, can regulate breathing and put a human body in a deep, transcendental hypnosis. This is a classic sign of someone who has surrendered to something external (which requires deep trust). And great soul openings like this often create access to calcified traumatic memories, which need to be carefully removed for a more joyful life.

Anyone who believes that traumatic memories are only negative and heavy situations is mistaken. Often, the trauma is the light that the person hides or doesn’t even know they carry. It could be a dream, a talent, a love, or answers to current riddles. Human beings fear the light much more than the darkness.

Dr. Edie says that depression is the opposite of expression. And a human being doesn’t only express what causes them pain or makes them sick. Expressing oneself is also talking about love, joy, overcoming challenges or even carelessly dancing. It embraces everything that opens you up and makes you vulnerable. And trust has everything to do with expressing yourself freely, knowing there is space for it, both for the positive and the negative.

That’s why the depressed person breathes weakly and without vitality, gradually and slowly stopping oxygenation. It’s the same reason why the anxious person puffs breathlessly or stops breathing for long periods of time.

For both, there is a lack of ritual, rhythm, and connection with the divine. There is a lack of trust inside and outside the body, not to mention lack of self-authority. There is a lack of what Oprah Winfrey calls “the highest and truest expression of your self.” There is a lack of passion for life. And the key to unlocking all this forgotten potential is breathing to take you from lack to abundance.

The depressed person repeats that nobody understands them. That nobody can heal their pain or at least lessen it. Every depressed person sticks with some variation of the victim’s speech.

The anxious person does not want to be seen, much less understood. They try to control the future so they are never caught in a vulnerable and authentic state.

The depressed person lives in the past. The anxious person lives in the future. Neither lives in the present, where everything happens. Both postpone life by using concepts of time that separate them from the soul’s time to avoid contact with their own light.

This knot teaches that opposites have the same roots, absolutely breaking all justifications of “us versus them,” which begins when a human being uses problems and flaws to differentiate themselves. The depressed victim and the flawless anxious person are essentially the exact same person: a human being who’s terrified of their own light who cannot sustain the vibration of that luminosity.

The last thing an anxious person wants is to be seen. The only thing a depressed person wants is to be seen. I think it’s clear that the two are exactly the same in essence, right? And if the essence is intoxicated, the first blocked energetic source is the sexual one, through the change in breathing patterns, because our conception happened through sexual energy. It is the origin of who we are. The blockage always happens first in the matrix and only then do the symptoms and side effects come.

The depressed and the anxious torture their own bodies, denying oxygen, to hide their own vitality. If the person doesn’t breathe, the blood doesn’t circulate properly, the amount of life decreases, and the passion for life disappears.

For those who are passionate about spirituality and alternative medicine, the throat chakra closes, taking with it the sacral chakra and vice versa. It’s a complete package deal.

Without passion for life there is no will or movement and, consequently, no creation. The person stops in time and fights against it, which is the most efficient way to accelerate the aging process.

Freedom is being trustworthy so you can trust yourself and become trustworthy to others. The more confidence a human being develops, the more they open up to not only give, but to receive. Surrendering is offering your light and accepting the light of others.

Surrendering is the opposite of resisting, and the greatest weapon of resistance is holding your breath. Therefore, the greatest rebellion is to start breathing again.

The greater the exchange, the more accessible and fearless a human being becomes. This security greatly facilitates the manifestation of realities that make the soul vibrate and scream with excitement, because it allows the human being’s sexuality to exhale and transpire freely.

This is proof that sexuality is the key to creativity. Expression only exists in a sexually active body. The mouth is directly connected to the penis and the vagina. And to manifest the right future through the cosmos, you must be able to talk about what needs to be said.

The sexual organs are responsible for the creation of life, which goes far beyond incarnating a new soul on planet Earth. It transcends rational comprehension, but first, it goes through the ability to materialize the cosmos through the human body.

The word “cosmos” has a Greek origin and means order, or the opposite of chaos. Greek philosophers believed that the Universe was a kind of organized mess. It gave the impression that everything was lost and there was no way to fix the world’s problems, but behind all the chaotic noise was a peaceful and loving energy where everything was in divine order.

Carrying the cosmos in your sexual organs (the reproductive system as a whole) essentially means being that loving and divine universal order. This explains our immense capacity for creation and the complete connection of every human being with everything that exists.

Those who don’t scream, don’t climax. Those who don’t speak, don’t laugh out loud. And those who don’t express themselves, don’t breathe, because breathing means giving the human being the freedom to express themselves.

Therefore, freedom of expression is a concept directly linked to the ability to breathe. And being free to express yourself means having more life, clarifying that sexuality is the source of life and does not exist unless the human being inhales the source of life that comes from outside them. Inside and outside don’t exist without each other.

The English word ‘weird’ comes from ‘wyrd’ which means destiny. And ‘wyrd’ comes from a Proto-Germanic word that meant ‘come to pass’ or ‘to happen’. The word we use today to dehumanize or differentiate someone or to describe something we don’t fully recognize means ‘to make destiny happen’.

The English word ‘spell’ can be used both to name the act of spelling words and to name the act of casting a spell. In English, words are spells and spells are words used together to manifest a desire, an intention. Exactly the same principle of the “macumba” (an Afro-Brazilian religious ritual).

In Portuguese, it’s not very different. Soletrar (to spell) means to give structure to words or to put letters together to express something. Estranho (weird), in turn, means ‘foreign’, ‘what is from outside’ or something different, unfamiliar.

Describing something or someone as strange means using your power of creation and expression, through breathing, to displace something. The intention of the displacement is usually to remove the object from your reality. It is to choose to use your cosmos to make it clear that this something does not belong in your world.

The catch is that, to express yourself about anything, the thing necessarily has to be inside you, because the voice manifests from the inside out. The mouth literally speaks of what the heart is full of. And this mechanism is repeated in any type of expression, not just vocal.

The words that come out of your mouth describe the content and quality of your cosmos. And, as discovered earlier, the cosmos is the divine flow that exhales and vomits your future. What determines the cosmos is the intention behind its structure. And this intention determines who you are now, and who you will be in the next moment.

I used the word “weird” as an example, but the same mechanism is valid for any and every word. When you open your mouth to speak, you are determining your future, because words are spells that prophesy not only your present, but your future as well.

This proves Newton’s third law: “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” What you think of doing to me is already done to you. This settles the doubt of every Brazilian who doesn’t know if the “macumba” affects only the recipient or also the sender.

When you speak, you don’t determine the future of the other. You determine your own. That’s why “what Pedro says about Paulo, says everything about Pedro and nothing about Paulo.” The way you describe the next person or address the next person is a perfect mirror of how you see yourself when you look in the mirror or put your head on the pillow.

The absence of defensive attitudes arises when the main objective is self-knowledge. Thus, even harsh criticisms are received as data, not as danger. –

Didn’t we see earlier that the cosmos flows according to the rhythm of the heart and the breath? Well, if the breathing is rough or weak, so will the flow of the cosmos be. If the breathing is fluid, so will the flow of the cosmos be.

The depressed person weakens their breathing to slow down life and prolong the past. Their next moment will carry the repetition of the past and the rejection of the present moment. Weak breathing means little life circulating in the physical body, therefore the cosmos will exhale a minuscule amount of life, proportional to the breathing pattern.

The anxious person intensifies and holds their breath to speed up life with the intention of ending it as soon as possible. Their cosmos will manifest the next moment even before the present moment ends. It will speed up life in such a way that the anxious person will have no other option but to stumble. And as a bonus, it will manifest a life of very high, narrow, and sharp peaks, gaps that demand a free fall into the abyss, and pointed, narrow valleys. The perfect recipe for producing an exhausted and desperate human being.

When the depressed and the anxious person realize it, life has passed and they haven’t participated in it. After this brutal realization, the depressed person becomes anxious and the anxious person becomes depressed. Lo and behold.

The first step to changing the manifestation pattern is to change the intention of avoiding life to the intention of wanting to live. Steve Harvey teaches that the easiest way to break this pattern is to change “I have to wake up in the morning” to “I get to wake up in the morning.” Professing a new spell transforms a burden into a blessing.

From the moment you call life instead of repelling it, everything that separates you from it will come to the surface to be transformed. Especially the past and the future. The sign that you are returning to an old pattern and disconnecting from the divine flow is the change in the breathing pattern. The opposite is, of course, also true.

If the breathing becomes weak, you are returning to the past. If it becomes breathless or held, you are returning to the future. Both movements mean regression, which may be necessary for the clearing of the calcifications we talked about. Or for the liberation of these calcifications, of course. Both cases mean unleashing your divine flow to enhance your power of manifestation.

The problem is not regressing, but stopping at the place of regression. Movement creates transformation because it’s the natural state of life. And one of the heaviest and most effective forms of stagnation is muteness and silencing. The impossibility of speaking, dancing, running, singing, smiling, kissing, crying, jumping, and playing. What Renata Vanucci calls ‘armors’.

Factors – often socio-cultural – impose limitations on the expression of human beings. These patterns are the root cause of ancestral curses, genetic limitations, and conditioning (sometimes self-imposed) that hold the breath. These factors can be transmitted, created, and imposed in countless ways, not only by external factors and not necessarily from this life. Sometimes they come from past lives.

These ‘armors’ make people miss themselves and seek answers and knowledge. The soul is attracted to the medicine of its own wounds, so these rituals from the first paragraphs magnetize the right people. Even if the conductor’s intention is bad, the main thing is the recipient’s intention.

When the rhythm is determined, it pushes the recipient’s attention to the cosmos. And the recipient goes towards their matrix; the force of creation that exhales life through them requiring them to capture air from the outside.

The cycle closes. Transcendental hypnosis is nothing more than a human being in perfect harmony inside and out. The Universe inside in perfect balance with the Universe outside.

Cosmos within cosmos, within cosmos, within cosmos. Cosmos outside cosmos, outside cosmos, outside cosmos. As within, so without; as above, so below.

And, on this foundation of complete harmony, the first words of a new paradigm begin to be professed. A new reality is created and the connection with new elevated frequencies is inevitable, as is the use of new combinations of vocabulary and the creation of new spells.

New dimensions and possibilities present themselves within this sweet spot. That’s why those who raise their vibration can see all vibrations, and those who stop at one vibration eventually stop seeing those who are rising. This is the origin of hopelessness and hatred. You lose sight of evolution, therefore you stop having a guide. And you hate life because you only know how to use it against the current, against its natural flow.

That’s why we hear a lot that “the river feels fear before it reaches the sea because it has not yet discovered that the sea is its destiny and both are the same thing and have walked together from the beginning.” This is also why it is common to hear that “divine providence is always available to those who are willing to ask for help.”

Becoming a prophet of your own destiny has nothing to do with gaining power over others and everything to do with turning inward and finding what you can offer to the outside. A life of authenticity is essentially a life of service so that you are able to give and receive in the same measure. The balance of internal and external forces is the key to finding nirvana in a natural and intuitive way.

Final Considerations

To speak your dreams into reality you need to unleash your voice and sexuality through breathing. By breathing, you give and receive in the same proportion and radically increase your interaction with the internal and external world. The more connected you are with these two worlds, the easier it will be to release creative energy through the cosmos. And the more rhythmic the heart, the more oxygenation and life your body will have, raising your vibration and facilitating changes in dimension.

This magical combination allows for unconditional freedom of expression that, on a solid, powerful, and loving foundation, gives the voice a robust form of communication, full of wisdom and knowledge. The goal is to grow and expand. To dissolve limits and connect. This will be the impulse of the womb. Of the cosmos. And consequently, it will be the impulse of the voice, verbalizing words with this origin and intention.

The word has great power and how you use it determines the type of world you are willing to create, regardless of what you convince yourself is true. The words you say today are the description of who you are today. If you change, your words change and, consequently, your destiny. To prophesy and manifest a new destiny, there is only one way out: going inward and seeking what you currently give out. If it’s good, multiply it; if it’s bad, transform it.
